MIS‘s experienced textile engineers will go to the factory to do in-line inspection during the manufacturing process. They solve
any problems immediately to ensure a smoothly running production. A report with full information will be emailed to
you within 24 hours.
To obtain a proper representation of your order, MIS uses ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003 sampling techniques (or other sampling
technique required by you).
MIS’s qualified engineers will personally go to the factory to represent your company’s interests by:

Inspection Services
MIS’s textile and apparel inspection services help you identify varying levels of defects in your product, including: Critical Defects: hazardous or unsafe conditions or non-compliance with regulations, includes sharp points or edges, stray needles left in the garment, loose studs or missing suffocation warning labels. Major Defects: overall product failure or reduced usability of the product that prevents it from being placed on the market, can include open seams, holes or broken stitches Minor Defects: unlikely to reduce product usability, includes items such as loose threads.

Daily Production Monitoring
Quality control inspectors carry out on-site inspections at the factory every day to strictly monitor production and keep the factory accountable from start to finish. Daily inspections during product monitoring include scrutinizing factory processes, enforcing specifications, and physically inspecting random units.
